In order to effectively manage employees and improve their work enthusiasm, based on the theoretical basis of project team members' psychological contract, the status quo of employees' psychological contract, stress and health status are investigated and analyzed. The differences of employees' psychological contract are analyzed through the questionnaire. A total of 400 questionnaires are distributed and 365 are returned. The method of one-way ANOVA is used to study the psychological contract status of project members from four aspects gender, education background, position level, and working years, and obtain the results of difference analysis in four aspects. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI) is used to evaluate the work stress of employees. The results show that gender, education background, position level and working years have different effects on employees' psychological contract. Moreover, if employees continue to bear high-intensity work stress, a series of psychological and physical health problems will appear, such as difficulty in concentration. For enterprises, the poor psychological and physical conditions of employees will make the overall work inefficient and the working atmosphere dull. Therefore, enterprises should control employees' work stress within a reasonable range, and should not blindly impose high-intensity work stress on employees. This exploration demonstrates the way to realize the psychological contract construction of project team members, and targeted employee management countermeasures are put forward.Perceptual experience through the five modalities (i.e., vision, hearing, touch, taste, and smell) has demonstrated its key role in semantics. Researchers also highlighted the role of interoceptive information in the grounded representation of concepts. However, to this day, there is no available data across these modalities in the French language. Therefore, the aim of this study was to circumvent this caveat. Participants aged between 18 and 50 completed an online survey in which we recorded scores of perceptual strength (PS), interoceptive information, imageability, concreteness, conceptual familiarity, and age of acquisition of 270 words of the French language. We also analysed the relationships between perceptual modalities and psycholinguistic variables. Results showed that vast majority of concepts were visually-dominant. Correlation analyses revealed that the five PS variables were strongly correlated with imageability, concreteness, and conceptual familiarity and highlight that PS variables index one aspect of the semantic representations of a word. On the other hand, high interoceptive scores were highlighted only for the less imageable and less concrete words, emphasizing their importance for the grounding of abstract concepts. Future research could use these norms in the investigation of the role of perceptual experience in the representation of concepts and their impact on word processing.There is limited knowledge of the talent selection strategies used by national sporting organizations to identify and develop talented players in basketball. Therefore, we aimed to explore differences in selection strategies between European youth basketball national team (NT) programs, and how they relate to the program's success. Specifically, we examined differences in the number of youth NT players and within-country variance in the 1988-1999 generations between 38 countries (n men = 38, women = 32). Further, we tested if the number of youth NT players and within-country variance was related to the NTs senior ranking, youth ranking, and youth-to-senior player promotion, using generalized Bayesian multilevel models. We further checked the moderating effect of the amount of licensed basketball players in each country. On average, 15.6 ± 2.0 male and 12.4 ± 1.8 female players were selected per generation. Over a third of the NTs consistently selected a higher or lower number of players than the average, withdings show that talent development programs should make conscious decisions about their selection strategies as it can affect their success.It is well-acknowledged that attention is important for expert performance in sports. However, the role of interoceptive attention, i.e., the attentional mechanism of awareness and conscious focus of bodily somatic and visceral signals, in self-paced and far-aiming sports remains to be explored. This study aims to investigate the relationship of expertise level and interoceptive attention ability in shooting and archery, and to examine if interoceptive attention can be improved by mindfulness training in elite athletes of shooting and archery. We tested the performance differences of 41 elite athletes from the Chinese national team of shooting and archery and 43 non-elite athletes from a provincial team in breath detection task (BDT) and dot flash detection task (DDT), which were designed to measure interoceptive and exteroceptive attention (i.e., attention toward information input of primary sensory), respectively. Furthermore, we applied mindfulness training to the 41 elite athletes for 5-8 weeks and remeasured their performances of BDT and DDT. Results showed that elite athletes outperformed non-elite athletes in BDT (but not in DDT) both in accuracy (DiffBDT = 11.50%, p = 0.004) and in discrimination sensitivity (d', DiffBDT = 1.159, p = 0.002). Difference in accuracy and d' reached significant level only in BDT (accuracy DiffBDT = -8.50%, p = 0.001; d' DiffBDT = -0.822, p = 0.003) before and after mindfulness training. These results indicate that elite athletes of shooting and archery (i.e., relative to non-elite athletes) can better perceive the somatic and visceral responses or changes and discriminate these signals from noises. Moreover, interoceptive attention can be improved by mindfulness training.
